I guess geek cred is in order. I just packed for my trip tomorrow and realized that proportionally I am bringing, by sheer mass, more electronics and tools than clothes and bathroom amenities. I’m only staying one night but it seems I need laptops, inverters, iPods, iPhones, various chargers cables and adapters, headphones (two different styles of course) a GPS, magnet tipped interchangeable screw driver, a full set of micro screwdrivers, including torx (never know when you might have to field strip a MacBook Pro) measuring tape, etc. Once you get locked into a serious gizmo collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.
