iPhone App idea for Adium

I use Adium on my Mac to chat with all my coworkers, family and friends. I like Adium because it connects to a whole slew of chat networks like Yahoo, Google, AIM, etc. So from one program I can converse with anyone on any network. What would be cool is if Adium made an iPhone app that had the same functionality, and of course utilizing push notifications, that went one more step by utilizing Bluetooth. My idea is Adium would be aware when I am at my computer by detecting the proximity of my iPhone through Bluetooth. When I walk away with my phone, or shut down my Mac, Adium would have the “Smarts” to figure out that my messages should be directed to my phone. Upon return to my computer it would stop sending messages to my phone and route them to my desktop app. I don’t know that Bluetooth is the best way to do this but I think it’s kind of neat. That way if I walk away for a few minutes, but don’t log out, my messages would follow me. Cool? Let me know what you think.
